YourLawFirmGC Jonathan Hawkins joins episode 91 of Sports ‘N Torts. Jonathan is the ultimate lawyer’s lawyer and has dedicated his firm and his practice to representing lawyers and law firms. In short, he is a business lawyer for lawyers. Jonathan views his job as assisting lawyers and their firms grow in any way that he can. He advises firms on what they can and cannot do under the law and the governing ethics rules. He brings a practical approach to the job and is always looking for solutions to help his clients pursue their goals. He advises law firm clients on such issues as growth, scaling, retirement planning, dissolution, organization. His firm provides soup to nuts advice.

Jonathan is also a dedicated marketer. He believes consistency is key. He has shown that through a blog he used to write and now his daily posts to LinkedIn. Jonathan is now launching a podcast called “Founding Partner Podcast” and next year will be writing a book. The guy does it all.

Few other neat tidbits about Jonathan – he is the first attorney we have had on the podcast who did a clerkship with a Federal Judge, the first attorney with degrees from Georgia Tech and Georgia and first attorney who has lived in Costa Rica.
