Andy Goldner talks 2023 Masters Experience, Representing Children in Injury Cases, UGA v Bama, Shoe Shopping, and Lessons Learned in 20 years as a Lawyer
Andy Goldner joins us for episode 57 of Sports ‘N Torts. This is Andy’s third time on the podcast but his first chance as being a solo act. Andy is a personal injury attorney in Atlanta, GA who works on cases involving auto/truck wrecks, dog attacks and day care cases. Andy has developed a specialty in child injury cases over the last decade.
Andy and I were lucky enough to travel to Augusta last week for the Tuesday practice round at Masters. We talk about our experiences including who we saw, where we sat, what we ate and what was purchased at the merchandise shop. We also talk about the 2023 Masters tournament including Jon Rahm as the champion, LIV players v. PGA tour players, Rory’s future at Augusta, and Tiger’s performance. If you have any familiarity with the Masters and enjoy the tournament every year, you are sure to enjoy our discussion.
We transition to legal talk where Andy explains important issues in developing and litigating daycare cases, how to effectively to speak with adjusters and opposing counsel, the benefit of aggressively pushing your cases and lessons he has learned in his 20 years of practicing law.
